Window & Door Service Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a Window & Door Service Technician to assist with service calls, installations, and repairs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems on-site, and learning specialized skills in the luxury construction space. Duties Perform service work on windows and doors (adjustments, troubleshooting, repairs) Install and replace window screens Assist with window and door installations on job sites Learn and perform glass reglazing techniques Mull windows and assist with assembly of window systems Transport materials and tools to job sites Maintain a clean and organized work environment Communicate professionally with team members and clients Preferred Qualifications Experience in construction, window/door installation, or service work (preferred, not required) Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record Comfortable driving to job sites across Houston Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude Basic hand tool experience

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
