We're seeking a skilled and reliable Architectural Tint Installer to join our team and help us enhance the aesthetics and functionality of our clients' spaces.
Position Overview:
The Architectural Tint Installer will be responsible for applying window films to various building surfaces, ensuring precise installation and optimal performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in architectural tinting, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
    Installation:
    Apply architectural window films to glass surfaces in commercial, residential, and institutional buildings. Ensure accurate measurement, alignment, and adhesion of the film.
      Preparation:
      Clean and prepare glass surfaces by removing dirt, debris, and contaminants to ensure a smooth installation process. Handle glass with care to avoid damage.
        Customer Interaction:
        Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Provide professional advice on film selection and application.
          Quality Control:
          Inspect installed films for defects, bubbles, or imperfections. Make necessary adjustments to ensure a flawless finish and optimal performance.
            Tool and Equipment Maintenance:
            Manage and maintain installation tools and equipment. Ensure tools are in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
              Safety:
              Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and adhere to all relevant regulations and standards.
              Qualifications:
                Experience:
                Previous experience in architectural tinting or related field is preferred. Experience with both residential and commercial installations is a plus.
                  Skills:
                  Proficient in installation techniques for various types of window films. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently.
                    Technical Knowledge:
                    Understanding of different types of window films, their applications, and performance characteristics. Knowledge of glass preparation and tinting tools.
                      Education:
                      High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional training or certification in window film installation is a plus.
                        Physical Requirements:
                        Ability to lift and move materials, stand for extended periods, and work at heights or in various positions. Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments. Why Join Us?
