Woodworking Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Maintenance will perform general repairs and assigned maintenance duties in a satisfactory and timely manner; respond to complaints or problems from guest or other departments in a timely manner; complete preventive maintenance duties on schedule. Sets up meeting space for groups as needed. Clean driving record will be needed for shuttle transportation of local accounts. Maintains exterior grounds; Cleans sidewalks and parking areas; picks up and disposes of trash, debris, branches and similar items Provides maintenance support including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, perform basic maintenance duties and repairs as assigned and in a timely manner. Performs a variety of other unskilled or semi-skilled tasks such as minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, minor electrical work, lamp changing and drywall maintenance Responds to emergency problems in the facility; performs emergency repairs as needed Maintains logs, performs rounds and completes maintenance work orders, tests and inspections.
