Maintenance Technician (Vacation Homes) Are you someone who enjoys fixing things, solving problems, and seeing the results of your work right away? If so, we'd love to have you on our team. We're looking for a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to help keep our vacation homes in top shape and ready for every guest. In this role, no two days are the same, you might be fixing an appliance in the morning, handling a plumbing issue in the afternoon, and helping resolve a guest concern before the day ends. What You'll Do Handle general maintenance and repairs across our vacation homes: Appliances, light plumbing, and basic electrical work HVAC troubleshooting Door locks, lighting, and general home fixes Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance Respond quickly and professionally to guest-related issues Use a mobile app to manage and document your work orders Work closely with the property management team for updates and scheduling Help maintain outdoor areas, including hot tubs, pools, and general upkeep Assist with trash removal and seasonal home readiness Travel between properties throughout the day (Fuel Stipend provided) Keep your tools organized and ready for the job What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in maintenance, construction, or home repair Strong hands-on skills (plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics) Comfortable using a smartphone for tasks and communication Reliable transportation (truck or work vehicle preferred) Flexible schedule (some weekends, evenings, and holidays required) Professional, dependable, and guest-focused Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical, active work Where You'll Work Mix of indoor and outdoor work in a field-based environment Benefits include: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off Performance bonuses Ongoing training and growth opportunities Pay depends on Experience Why Join Us?
