Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team, responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our facilities and manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, including electrical, mechanical, and facilities maintenance expertise, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex systems. Responsibilities Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. Repair or replace faulty components, including welding repairs and residential painting as needed. Supervise or assist with projects involving facilities maintenance and equipment upgrades. Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures during all maintenance activities. Provide excellent customer service to internal teams by promptly addressing maintenance requests. Lead or supervise maintenance team members when required, demonstrating leadership skills in a manufacturing setting. Skills Strong electrical experience with the ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters. Mechanical knowledge with proficiency in welding and residential painting. Supervising experience in a maintenance environment is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team coordination. Ability to interpret technical schematics and mechanical drawings. Leadership qualities with the ability to supervise or guide team members effectively.

Experience Required:

(5-10 years, preferred)

Equipment Repair & Diagnostics:

Troubleshooting and repairing CNC machines lasers, plasmas, plate rolls, fabrication equipment, presses, and shears.

Preventive & Predictive Maintenance:

Implementing PM programs to reduce reactive maintenance and unplanned downtime.

Mechanical Systems:

Maintenance of hydraulics, pneumatics, and gearboxes.

Electrical Systems:

Troubleshooting motors, controls, and wiring using multimeters.

Facility Infrastructure & Support Plumbing & Piping:

Repairing compressed air lines, water lines, and drainage systems.

Building Systems:

Inspecting and repairing structural elements, lighting, and shop doors.

Tools & Safety Compliance Tool Operation:

Hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and cranes.

Safety Protocols:

Ensuring OSHA compliance, LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), and hazardous material handling.

Project Management Installation:

Overseeing the setup of new manufacturing equipment and facility upgrades.

Vendor Management:

Coordinating with contractors for specialized repairs.

Preventive & Predictive Maintenance:

Implementing PM programs to reduce reactive maintenance and unplanned downtime.

Mechanical Systems:

Maintenance of hydraulics, pneumatics, and gearboxes.

Electrical Systems:

Troubleshooting motors, controls, and wiring using multimeters.
