If you enjoy working outdoors, driving a company vehicle, and being part of a positive team environment, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Perform weekly pool cleaning and maintenance Test and balance water chemistry Identify and complete minor pool equipment repairs Provide excellent customer service Maintain a clean and professional company vehicle What We're Looking For People who show up to work regularly Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Comfortable working outdoors in Texas weather Ability to lift 50 lbs Valid driver's license with clean driving record Pool industry experience preferred (6-12 months ideal) Willingness to obtain Certified Pool Technician/Operator certification Schedule Monday-Friday Typical hours between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Occasional weekend work may be required No nights Why Pool Scouts?
