What You'll Do Perform weekly pool cleaning and maintenance Test and balance water chemistry Identify and complete minor pool equipment repairs Provide excellent customer service Maintain a clean and professional company vehicle What We're Looking For People who show up to work regularly Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Comfortable working outdoors in Texas weather Ability to lift 50 lbs Valid driver's license with clean driving record Pool industry experience preferred (6-12 months ideal) Willingness to obtain Certified Pool Technician/Operator certification Schedule Monday-Friday Typical hours between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Occasional weekend work may be required No nights Why Pool Scouts?
