Summary 'Hotel Maintenance Engineer' is a vital role at Chrome Hospitality Management, responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our hotel facilities in Louisiana and Texas. Join us to contribute to our mission of delivering top-tier hospitality services. 'Responsibilities' include: Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and systems. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues. Maintain accurate records using CMMS software. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Collaborate with the maintenance team to improve operational efficiency. Assist in emergency repairs and urgent maintenance tasks. Support the guest experience by maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. 'Qualifications' include: Proven experience in industrial or hotel maintenance. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, hydraulics, and mechanical repairs. Proficiency with CMMS software. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills in English. Experience with industrial electrician work is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
