Maintenance Technician Needed! Join our Team of Property Management Professionals in an exciting field! We are a leading real estate company operating 280 properties in nearly 40 states specializing in mobile home park and RV resort acquisition, leasing, and management. Position Summary The Maintenance Technician is a full-time, primarily outdoor role responsible for helping maintain the grounds, buildings, equipment, and overall appearance of the property. This position supports daily community operations by completing general maintenance, janitorial, landscaping, and repair tasks in a safe, timely, and professional manner. This position may include housing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is primarily an outdoor position with daily duties including but not limited to the following: Groundskeeping and general property upkeep Landscaping, weed abatement, and irrigation support Digging, lifting, hauling, and other physical outdoor labor Janitorial and trash removal duties Basic plumbing repairs and troubleshooting Basic electrical repairs and maintenance General maintenance and repair tasks Use of hand tools and basic power tools in a safe and effective manner Assisting with vendor coordination and onsite access as needed Responding to miscellaneous maintenance needs throughout the property Helping maintain a clean, safe, and professional community environment Following company safety practices, policies, and procedures at all times Home rehab and repairs Cleaning and preparing the unit Painting or touching up walls Repairing drywall, doors, cabinets, fixtures, etc. Replacing flooring, blinds, filters, or other items as needed Completing inspections and making sure the unit meets move-in standards Coordinate and respond to property maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution. Coordinate and work with vendors as needed
Requirements:
HVAC and/or EPA Certification Preferred Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance experience, preferably in residential, apartment, manufactured housing, or community environments Minimum of two (2) years of HVAC experience preferred Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to assess issues logically and escalate complex matters appropriately Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented Knowledge of basic landscaping practices, plants, soils, and weed control Familiarity with the safe operation of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for work-related duties Interested applicants may submit resume via email with qualifications and relevant job history by replying to this ad and attaching a resume in word, pdf, or other commonly used format.
