Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Pool Cleaning Technician to take over an established, weekly route. This is a pay-per-pool position , and we provide the truck, gas, and tools . The more efficiently you work (while maintaining our high quality standards), the more money you make. You focus entirely on cleaning and chemistry; we take care of the overhead.

What You Will Do:

Show up ready to work and on time every day Independently manage and complete a daily route of residential pools.

Perform standard cleaning services:

skim debris, brush tiles/walls, vacuum pool floors, and empty all baskets. Test water chemistry and precisely balance chemicals on-site. Backwash filters and clean cartridge elements as needed. Log every completed pool instantly via our route management app Skimmer to ensure your pay is tracked accurately. Monitor equipment functionality and report any repair needs to the office.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of professional residential pool cleaning experience. (Because this is a production-based pay model, you must be able to work independently from day one).

Efficiency & Detail:

Ability to clean thoroughly and manage your time efficiently to maximize your daily pool count without rushing quality.

Driving Record:

Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving history (mandatory to drive our company vehicles).

Physical Stamina:

Ability to work efficiently outdoors in changing weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Reliability:

A professional who shows up every day, respects customer property, and leaves every pool looking perfect.

Bonus Pay:

Just show up on time every day and complete the daily assigned route for the pay period.

Direct Deposit:

Pay roll checks are direct deposited into your bank account. (2 week pay period)

Pay:

$700.00 - $1,000.00 per week
