Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and servicing residential pools, ensuring they are clean, safe, and functioning properly. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. As a Pool Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service while performing essential pool maintenance tasks. Responsibilities Perform regular pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces. Conduct routine inspections of pool equipment and systems to identify any issues or necessary repairs. Maintain accurate records of service visits, including details of work performed and any parts used. Communicate with clients regarding their pool maintenance needs and provide recommendations for improvements or repairs. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while working on-site at client locations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Requirements Proven experience in pool cleaning and maintenance is
REQUIRED.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently. Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients. A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
