FARM/RANCH HAND WITH HANDYMAN DUTIES

Familiarity with heavy equipment operation for ranch activities. Must have experience working with tractors. Must have experience with landscaping equipment. Fill gaps and painting. Repair equipment and various machines and appliances. Identify, document and report maintenance and repair work. 3 years of experience as a handyman. 3 years of experience with appropriate electrical tools and equipment In-depth knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. Positive attitude and good written and verbal communication skills Problem solver Attention to detail.
