Responsibilities Grounds Maintenance Excellence :

Perform regular mowing, weed eating, leaf removal, and landscaping to maintain beautiful outdoor spaces that residents and families can enjoy

Responsive Repair Services :

Handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting work orders promptly and professionally to ensure resident comfort and safety

Proactive Facility Care :

Conduct preventive maintenance inspections, septic maintenance, pest control, identifying potential issues before they become problems that could impact resident experience

Environmental Stewardship :

Remove indoor/outdoor trash, maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas, and ensure all spaces reflect the high standards families expect

Resident-Focused Service :

Interact with residents courteously and professionally when working in common areas, understanding that you're part of their daily experience

Work Order Management :
