Job Description

Location:
Office at Pflugerville, TX Customer Location at
Taylor, TX Job Type:
Full-time, on-site 8-hour shifts (Monday-Friday) or 12-hour shifts on a rotating 3- or 4-day schedule Must be flexible to work either schedule based on business needs and participate in an on-call rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Pay:

Role:
We're looking for hands-on, motivated technicians to join our growing team! As an Electric Chiller Installation and Maintenance Technician , you'll install, maintain, and repair electric chillers that support advanced semiconductor production tools . This role offers steady hours, great benefits, and career growth through on-the-job training and development. Candidates for this role must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. What You'll Do Assist expatriate engineers with system installation, equipment setup, and maintenance through On-the-Job Training (OJT) Learn installation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance procedures under the guidance of experienced engineers Support equipment commissioning, testing, and system verification. Follow safety procedures and company standards while performing field service activities Document completed work and report technical issues to Lead Engineer Collaborate with team members and customers to ensure timely and successful project completion. Respond promptly to on-call service requests Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure), safety guidelines, and cleanroom protocols Keep work areas clean and organized following 5S standards
What We're Looking For:
Reliable and self-motivated with a positive attitude Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance, but not limited to, and push or pull heavy loads Able to work in a semiconductor facility environment while wearing required safety gear such as safety glasses, masks, gloves, smocks, and fab shoes Communicate with customers in a professional manner, both verbally and in writing Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to both the office/repair center and customer job sites.

Qualifications:
Associate degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Engineering Technology preferred High school diploma or equivalent with 2~ 3 years of technical or maintenance experience accepted Military technical training experience welcomed U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder) required OSHA 10 certification preferred Bilingual in English and Korean is preferred
