As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Facilities / Operations department supporting property management and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Monday through Friday 8-630PM What's the Job? Perform general maintenance and repair work, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and minor HVAC tasks Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and grounds to identify maintenance needs Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations Repair or replace damaged fixtures, doors, locks, lighting, flooring, and hardware Maintain building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and mechanical components What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent required Proven experience in building maintenance, handyman work, or a related field Strong working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs Ability to read work orders, blueprints, or manuals as needed Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail What's in it for me?
