Dominium Management Services, LLC is seeking a Residential Maintenance Technician to support our affordable and market-rate apartment communities. In this onsite role, you'll complete work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and prepare vacant units to ensure safe, comfortable homes for residents. Responsibilities include basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs, as well as responding to emergencies and routine inspections. You'll work closely with a collaborative, resident-focused team and gain training and growth opportunities in multifamily housing and property management. Responsibilities Complete resident work orders for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs Perform preventive and routine maintenance on building systems and common areas Prepare vacant units for new residents, including repairs and touch-ups Respond to maintenance emergencies and participate in on-call rotations as needed Inspect property regularly to identify and address safety or maintenance issues Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas in safe working condition Document work performed and parts used in maintenance systems or logs Collaborate with property management and leasing staff to support resident satisfaction Required Skills Apartment maintenance Plumbing repair Basic electrical repair HVAC troubleshooting Carpentry and drywall repair Appliance repair Preventive maintenance Work order management Safety and code compliance Customer service
