Residential Maintenance Technician $22

•28/hour | Full-Time | DFW Area Goldnest Property Management is hiring a Residential Maintenance Technician to service single-family homes and short-term rental properties throughout DFW. We're looking for a hands-on problem solver with general residential maintenance experience who is comfortable handling different types of repairs and troubleshooting. What You'll Do Plumbing repairs: faucets, toilets, disposals, minor leaks Basic electrical troubleshooting: outlets, switches, light fixtures Appliance and basic HVAC troubleshooting Drywall, paint, caulking, and minor carpentry Doors, locks, cabinets, and general home repairs Troubleshoot smart locks, thermostats, cameras, Wi-Fi, and other smart-home devices Preventative maintenance and property inspections You don't need to be an expert in every trade. We're looking for someone who can troubleshoot, handle common repairs. What We're Looking For 1+ year of maintenance, handyman, apartment maintenance, remodeling, construction, or similar experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and hands-on repair skills Comfortable with tools, smartphones, and mobile apps Valid driver's license Reliable and able to work independently Evening and weekend availability is required What We Offer $22
