M Group Residential manages apartment communities across Dallas-Fort Worth. We are seeking a Maintenance Technician I who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and creates a strong resident and team experience.

Pay:

What you will do Complete resident work orders across plumbing, electrical, and appliances Repair drywall, doors, locks, blinds, flooring, and fixtures Turn vacant units to rent-ready standard with the make-ready team Perform preventive maintenance on units, common areas, and equipment Document parts and labor in the maintenance system same day Keep the shop, tools, and parts inventory organized and accounted for What you bring Hands-on maintenance experience (apartments, hotels, or the trades) Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repair No certification required at this level. This is the entry technician rung Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and own basic hand tools Nice to have Multifamily work order and unit-turn experience EPA 608 Type II or Universal, which qualifies you for Technician II Bilingual English and Spanish This is a full-time position.
