Overview We are seeking an experienced friendly, skilled and detail-oriented Sheet Metal Mechanic to join our family-owned business. We are looking to grow our team with the right people who share our energy and professionalism. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of commercial duct work & system layouts. This role involves working with sheet metal to fabricate, assemble, and install various components for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience Must have own tools Must possess a valid driver's license Must have reliable transportation Must be reliable and punctual Ability to read and understand blueprints Must be detailed oriented Must speak English or Bilingual Must possess great customer service and communication skills Must maintain professionalism at all times

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints and duct layout drawings Install ductwork, vents and other HVAC materials according to specifications Assemble and install sheet metal components Work in high or cramped locations Use of scissorlift Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
