In this energetic role, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch pool cleaning and maintenance services, utilizing your mechanical knowledge and technical skills to keep pools in pristine condition. This position offers an engaging work environment where your hands-on expertise makes a visible impact every day, helping clients enjoy clean and safe swimming experiences. Responsibilities Perform routine pool cleaning tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls, and emptying skimmer baskets to maintain optimal water quality. Conduct regular pool maintenance checks such as water testing, chemical balancing, and filter inspections to ensure proper operation. Use hand tools and power tools to repair or replace pool equipment like pumps, filters, valves, and timers as needed. Troubleshoot mechanical issues with pool systems and execute repairs efficiently to minimize downtime. Maintain detailed service records of each job performed, including observations, repairs made, and chemicals used. Follow safety protocols during all maintenance procedures to ensure personal safety and that of colleagues and clients. Communicate clearly with clients about service needs or issues observed during maintenance visits. Experience Prior experience as a service technician or in a similar pool maintenance role is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex equipment systems. Hands-on experience with equipment repair involving pumps, filters, valves, and other pool components. Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and routine maintenance practices. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Experience working with various maintenance equipment and performing troubleshooting tasks. MANDATORY
while on the clock, in/around/ company property. Cell phone required for app usage. Must maintain a clean and orderly appearance. Company vehicle privileges are allowed under certain circumstances. Must maintain a clean and orderly vehicle inside and out. Vehicle will be washed twice a month, on site. No cell phone usage except for maps during driving. Company vehicle for company route/purposes only. Will return to company property daily

go home with employee. Work starts at 0630, sharp. Mandatory. Will work with a long weekend during summer months for personal vacation. Work is 52 weeks a year, uninterrupted.
