Available Help for . #HGCY26 The company is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused weekly Maintenance Pool Technician. In this role, you will manage a daily, route-based schedule, visiting residential properties to ensure pools and spas are perfectly balanced, clean, and properly functioning. Previous pool experience is a plus, but paid training is provided for the right candidate who demonstrates mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Must have a valid driver's license to operate a company-provided service vehicle to safely travel to 15-20 customer pools daily on your assigned route.
Water Chemistry & Balancing:
Conduct precise water chemistry evaluations.
Accurately test and balance levels of chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and calcium hardness.
Routine Cleaning:
Skim surfaces, empty skimmer and pump baskets, vacuum the pool floor, and brush walls and tile lines.
Equipment Maintenance:
Clean and backwash pool filters, and inspect systems (pumps, motors, salt cells) to ensure everything runs efficiently.
Minor Repairs:
Troubleshoot and perform minor equipment repairs (e.g., swapping O-rings, fixing minor plumbing leaks, clearing clogged impellers).
Notify management of major repair needs.
Customer Communication:
Provide exceptional service, greet clients, and answer basic questions regarding their pool maintenance.
Documentation:
Log all chemical readings, services performed, and parts used in our company routing/tracking software.
Physical Requirements:
Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
You will be working outdoors in varying Texas weather conditions.
Tech Skills:
Comfortable utilizing a smartphone with a data plan for GPS and routing apps.

High attention to detail, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Pay Details:
$700.00/wk.
Workweek:
Flexible shift.
