A Building and General Maintenance Technician performs building maintenance and appliance repairs for an apartment complex, housing division, residential center or business, as directed by a property manager.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled maintenance worker to handle light building repairs, tenant make-readies, and property improvements. This role offers flexible weekday/weekend hours and is an ideal fit for a retired tradesperson, experienced maintenance professional, or seasoned handyman looking for steady, dependable side work.
Scope of Work:
Commercial office make-ready tasks (drywall patching, touch-up painting, trim, hardware adjustments). Light tile work and minor surface repairs. Light plumbing repairs (faucet replacements, drain clearing, toilet bowl maintenance). Exterior pressure washing (walkways, siding, patios, outdoor venue spaces). General facility troubleshooting and ongoing physical plant upkeep.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Verifiable hands-on experience in light building repair, punch-out, or commercial/residential maintenance. Must have a reliable vehicle and live within an easy commute of Spring, TX. Physical stamina to work outdoors when needed and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs. Detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to work cleanly around office/event tenants. Must consent to a formal background check prior to hire. Employer provides all tools, equipment, power washers, and materials on-site.
Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 15.0 per week
