Overview Lucky Duck Pools is a rapidly growing pool service company based in Houston, TX. Job Summary We are looking for a dependable and motivated Pool Cleaning Technician to join our team. You'll be responsible for servicing residential and/or commercial pools across the Houston area, ensuring they remain clean, safe, and properly balanced. No prior pool experience required—we will train the right candidate! Responsibilities Perform regular pool maintenance and cleaning (brushing, vacuuming, skimming, etc.) Test and adjust pool water chemistry using proper chemicals Empty baskets, filters, and cleaner bags Identify and report equipment issues or potential repairs Maintain accurate service records through the Jobber app Provide excellent customer service and answer basic pool care questions Follow all company safety and vehicle policies Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, vehicle, and equipment Communicate with dispatch or supervisor regarding schedule and service updates Work independently and manage a daily route efficiently Requirements Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and time management skills Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Ability to follow procedures, take initiative, and work independently Must be reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude Experience in pool service is a plus but not required—training provided What We Offer Weekly pay ($700-$800 depending on experience and route performance) Company vehicle and equipment provided Paid training Opportunities for advancement as we grow Supportive team environment with low employee turnover
