Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sign Installer/General Labor to join our team. This role involves installing various types of non-electrical signage and supporting general labor tasks across multiple job sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work outdoors and indoors, and basic technical skills including the use of hand tools. This position offers opportunities for growth within a dynamic company committed to safety and quality. Pay reviews at 90 days. Duties Install, repair, and maintain signage on commercial and residential properties according to specifications and safety standards. Use hand tools, power tools. Measure and mark locations for sign placement with precision. Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and signage components at job sites. Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during installation or general labor tasks. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately. Qualifications Prior experience in sign installation or general construction is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Ability to read and interpret instructions is advantageous. Strong physical stamina with the ability to 40+ lbs and work at heights using ladders or lifts. Valid Texas Drivers license with clean driving record required. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential. Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and adhere to safety guidelines at all times.
