Duties Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential properites, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify issues that require attention. Respond promptly to service requests and complete work orders in a timely manner. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects or renovations. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and preferences. Qualifications Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in various maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical work, drywall installation, and carpentry. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks safely.
