ClearWell Eco Services performs every aspect of the decommissioning process including regulatory permitting and reporting, wireline services, casing recovery, cementing services for plugging, pre-plug and post-plug methane detection, monitoring and attestation. The Floor Hand is part of a three to five person crew who works with our plugging and abandonment division and is responsible for performing services on oil and gas wells. The duties of the Floor Hand include assisting in rigging up and rigging down, pulling/laying down rods, tubing, and casing, and other functions specified by the customer or well operator. All duties are to be performed according to the Company operating procedures in order to maximize the safety of all personnel at the worksite and to efficiently perform the task. A qualified and trained Floor hand may be required to work the derrick or operate the rig if needed, after being properly trained for that position.
