Pool Technician (Full-Time)

Parsons Pool Service is hiring a full-time Pool Technician to service residential pools in Aledo, Weatherford, and surrounding areas. This is a route-based position where you'll be trusted to manage your day and take ownership of your work. What You'll Do Maintain proper water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, stabilizer, salt) Clean and service pools (skimming, brushing, vacuuming) Perform basic equipment maintenance and minor repairs Use a smartphone app to log readings, photos, and service notes Manage a daily route efficiently using a company truck Keep your truck stocked with chemicals and common replacement items Communicate with customers and report issues when needed What This Job Is Like You'll work outdoors in the Texas heat year-round You'll manage your own route with minimal supervision You'll be expected to stay on schedule and complete all stops daily Some days are physically demanding, but straightforward and consistent Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record Reliable transportation to and from work Comfortable working outdoors in all weather Able to lift up to 100 lbs Detail-oriented and takes pride in work Able to manage time and stay on schedule Smartphone required Must pass background check (no felonies) Compensation & Benefits $18
