$22.00-$35.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a Commercial/Industrial Door Technician to install, service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial door systems and operators. The ideal candidate will have previous commercial or industrial door experience. Candidates with strong carpentry experience will also be considered , and we are willing to train the right candidate in commercial door systems. Key Responsibilities Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial doors and operators Troubleshoot motors, controls, sensors, and electrical systems Perform basic carpentry, framing, cutting, drilling, and door opening modifications Conduct preventative maintenance and equipment inspections Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues Work with customers and team members to complete jobs safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Complete service documentation and reports as required Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications 3-5+ years of commercial or industrial door experience preferred Strong carpentry experience will also be considered Willingness to learn commercial and industrial door systems Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills are a plus Experience with basic carpentry, framing, cutting, and drilling preferred Valid driver's license required Ability to obtain and maintain a TWIC card if required Ability to pass required background and drug/alcohol testing Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to safety and quality workmanship Physical Requirements Ability to lift and handle materials and equipment as required Ability to work at elevated heights and climb ladders Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform physically demanding work throughout the shift Ability to safely work around industrial equipment and machinery Work Environment This position may require working at commercial and industrial job sites with exposure to: Heavy machinery Electrical systems Elevated work areas Indoor and outdoor environments Varying weather conditions Company Hiring Requirements E-Verify Drug Test 7-Year Background Check Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401K Interested?
