Job Summary Spherion Staffing is hiring a Maintenance Make Ready Technician for an apartment complex in Wichita Falls, TX! Applicants MUST hands on HVAC knowledge and proven apartment maintenance experience to be considered. Work schedule is full time Monday

• Friday 8am-5pm, and must be able to be on call after hours including weekends 2 weeks at a time. Duties
• Run service requests as they come in and provide attentive service to tenants
• Troubleshooting and repairing items in apartment units including appliance, plumbing, and electrical maintenance and change out appliances, cabinetry, etc.
• Troubleshoot HVAC units. Change out parts after troubleshooting or fully changing out an entire system.
• Doing make-readies: get units ready for new residents to move in.
• Drywall and sheetrock repairs, painting.
• Maintaining the grounds, cleaning the pool.

Skills Able to be physically active for duration of shift and lift up to 50 lbs frequently. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining operational efficiency. Communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of general facilities maintenance practices. Requirements Must have professional Make Ready experience with apartment complexes Must have hands-on HVAC experience, troubleshooting and repairing AC units EPA certification to handle freon preferred.
