Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Works under the general supervision of the Property Manager. Responsible for skilled maintenance and repair work in areas such as plumbing, masonry, carpentry, painting, electrical, mechanical, heating & air conditioning, and grounds maintenance, and other duties assigned. Work involves maintenance of all facilities and vehicles. Works under moderate supervision with latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Travel is required for which a center vehicle is provided. Some on-call after hours required. Education, Training, and Experience High school graduation or GED and must have 5 years' experience in building/vehicle maintenance and repair work.
