• Be on-call on a rotational basis to address urgent make ready issues

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalency (GED)
• Basic knowledge of make ready tasks, carpet, haul away trash, painting
• 2-3 years' experience in make ready duties, or field with related skills
• Positive attitude
• Desire to help people
