At Trophy Pools and Service, you'll receive clear instructions and expectations—but you won't have a supervisor looking over your shoulder all day. You'll follow a daily route, take care of customers' pools, and manage your work at a steady, efficient pace. No pool experience is required. What You'll Do As a Pool Service Technician, you will: Drive a company vehicle to customers' homes Clean the swimming pool Inspect pool equipment for proper operation Use our service app to document completed work Perform minor equipment repairs, after receiving appropriate training Clean pool filters and complete other routine maintenance Secure gates, doors, and customer property Follow safety procedures when handling pool chemicals Eventually help lead and train an assistant as you advance Pool service is physical work, but it can also be peaceful and satisfying. You'll spend much of the day outdoors, moving from property to property and seeing the immediate results of a job done well.
