Starting pay depends on years of experience and demonstrated ability.
Training is provided. Once the technician becomes independent and demonstrates consistent route quality, Belle provides a company truck and tools. Commercial pool experience and pool-equipment repair expertise are strong advantages, but motivated candidates with related technical experience may also be considered.
The successful candidate must have a valid driver's license, be reliable, communicate professionally with customers, and take pride in accurate water testing, pool maintenance, documentation, and safe work. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity with a supportive team and room to grow.
What you will do: Service and maintain residential pools throughout McLennan County and surrounding areas Test and balance water chemistry Clean pools and inspect equipment Identify equipment issues and recommend or complete repairs when qualified Document readings, work performed, and customer concerns Communicate professionally with customers and the Belle teamWhat Belle provides: Training and support A clear path toward independent route work Company truck and tools once independent A great place to work with a team-oriented culture Full-time, year-round workCommercial pool experience, equipment troubleshooting, and repair expertise are preferred. A valid driver's license is required. Belle does not currently offer performance incentives. Candidates must currently live in McLennan County or plan to live there by the start date; Belle does not pay moving costs.
