Job Overview Our, family owned, company is in search of a Part-Time Storage Facility Care Specialist

•Maintenance for our self-storage facility in the Wylie, Texas . We are looking for individuals to join our team with basic maintenance and facility care experience. We are open to a wide variety of candidate background experiences. Must be able to work independently. No evening or night hours required! Our positions offer a unique life and work balance. This position will start pay based on experience. We offer paid time off and holiday pay. Responsibilities Keep your facility up to the highest of cleanliness standards (i.e. cleaning units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs, etc.) Yard maintenance around facility Clean and assist with trucks and trailers Maintain and track cleaning supply inventory, request supplies as needed Perform independently on a day-to-day basis with a focus on teamwork Other duties as assigned Qualifications Valid Driver's License with access to reliable transportation Basic handyman skills a plus Willingness to learn Physical ability to perform task such as standing, bending, and lifting upto 50 pounds.
