Job Summary:
This position is responsible for routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of building systems and facilities. Duties include general maintenance such as light electrical and plumbing work to ensure the building remains safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance Complete light electrical work (fixtures, outlets, switches, bulbs) Perform light plumbing repairs (leaks, drains, fixtures) Basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs HVAC support such as filter changes Respond to maintenance requests promptly Maintain tools and ensure safe work practices Coordinate with vendors for larger repairs when necessary
Qualifications:
6 months experience preferred. Positive attitude. Highly motivated self starter. Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems Ability to use hand and power tools safely Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Must have valid clean Utah driving record.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, bend, and climb ladders as needed Come join our team. We have a large responsibility and have fun while doing it.
