Schedule & Compensation Shift:
Day Shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30
PM Type:
Full-time, 40 hours per week (Fully On-site)
Pay Rate:
$21.00 - $24.00/HR (Depending on Experience) Benefits Health benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision (Vision and Dental base plans are 100% employer-paid for the employee).

Paid Time Off (PTO), paid holidays, and a relaxed, professional atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Maintain a "safety first" mindset. Adhere to all OSHA guidelines and internal safety protocols. Immediately report hazards, "near-miss" incidents, or equipment malfunctions to leadership. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on air handling units (AHU), including industrial air filter replacement and basic equipment upkeep. Execute skilled repairs including professional drywall patching, finishing, painting, and light carpentry. Conduct minor plumbing repairs (leaks, clogs, fixture replacements) and basic electrical tasks (replacing bulbs, ballasts, outlets, and switches). Identify and resolve mechanical or structural issues before they escalate, ensuring all work complies with safety regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free warehouse floor. Build and maintain shelving systems and heavy-duty storage racks. Conduct daily pre-operation safety inspections on machinery (e.g., forklift fluid checks, battery levels) and assist in basic repairs of warehouse equipment. Manage the disposal of packaging materials, cardboard, and pallets to ensure a clear workflow. Lead emergency response efforts related to facility systems (e.g., leaks, power failures, or structural damage) to ensure swift resolution. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory levels.
Qualifications Experience:
3+ years in facility maintenance, general construction, or a professional handyman role. Must be 18+ years of age and pass a pre-employment background check. Strong skills in general construction practices, specifically drywall repair and painting. Ability to safely operate a wide variety of hand and power tools.
Certifications:
Forklift experience preferred. WebNX provides and pays for all necessary OSHA-compliant forklift and aerial lift certifications. Trade certifications in HVAC or electrical are a plus.
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift, carry, and stage up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for an 8-hour shift. Working at
Heights:
Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights (e.g., on ladders, scissor lifts, or boom lifts). Excellent gross motor coordination for operating heavy machinery and using power tools. Exposure to a data center/warehouse environment, which may include varying temperatures, elevated noise levels, and high-velocity airflow.
