Job Description

Rubicon is seeking dependable and hardworking Landscape Maintenance Technicians to join our growing team. This role is responsible for maintaining commercial and residential properties through mowing, trimming, edging, and general landscape upkeep. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, is reliable, and takes pride in quality work. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites Assist with weed control and general property upkeep Perform basic irrigation checks and report issues Safely operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Follow daily route assignments and schedules Maintain company vehicles and equipment Communicate with crew lead regarding job progress and concerns Follow company safety guidelines and procedures Represent Rubicon professionally when interacting with customers Qualifications Landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license preferred Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting Ability to work in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions Ability to operate landscaping equipment for extended periods Schedule Monday

•Friday Some Saturdays as needed Start times vary based on season and workload Compensation & Benefits $19

$19.00
