Job Description

About the Role Key Property Management is looking for a reliable, hands-on Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at group of affordable housing communities in Price & Helper, UT. In this role, you'll play a critical part in keeping our community safe, clean, and fully operational for our residents while working closely with the Property Manager to oversee daily operations and capital projects.
Key Responsibilities Unit Turnovers:
Prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins, including general repairs, painting, and appliance troubleshooting.
General Maintenance & Repairs:
Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general handyperson tasks throughout the property.
Grounds & Upkeep:
Maintain parking lots, common areas, and walkways (including seasonal snow removal and janitorial duties as assigned).
Inspections:
Help prepare the property for government and safety inspections with a primary focus on site health and safety.
Property Projects:
Work with the Property Manager to track, plan, and execute routine maintenance, vendor projects, and capital improvements.
On-Call Rotation:
Participate in a shared, rotating after-hours on-call schedule for urgent maintenance needs.
Qualifications Experience:
1+ years of experience in residential property maintenance.
Driver's License:
Valid driver's license required.
Skills:
Strong multi-tasking ability with a reliable, self-motivated work ethic.
Screening:
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug test and background check.
