We're looking for a part-time Maintenance Tech to join our Assisted Living & Memory Care community in Springville! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a little variety in their workday and takes pride in keeping a building safe, comfortable, and looking its best. You don't have to know how to do everything — we're looking for someone who is handy, dependable, resourceful, and willing to learn. What You'll Do Complete room turns to prepare rooms for new residents Handle general handy work, maintenance, and minor repairs Troubleshoot everyday building issues and figure out solutions Help maintain and repair regular building functions and equipment Assist with painting, patching, replacing fixtures, and other small projects Help keep the community clean, safe, functional, and looking great Respond to maintenance needs throughout the building Work with the team to identify problems and take care of them before they become bigger issues

Hands-on and enjoys fixing things A good problem solver who can think through an issue Dependable and able to work independently Comfortable learning new skills Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work Friendly and respectful when working around residents and staff Experienced in maintenance, construction, handyman work, or a similar field preferred, but not required Why Work With Us?
