" --Handyman Skills required-- We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our small team. The ideal candidate will be dependable, dedicated, and a jack of all trades. Duties and Responsibilities The Building Maintenance Technician performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the internal and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the building and/or property meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality by performing maintenance related tasks. Completes assigned work orders generated from tenant requests for service, as well as routine upkeep of the building and/or property, and makes repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements. Performs minor Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Landscaping, and HVAC repair. Performs other related work as assigned by supervisor. On call as directed by General Manager.

Experience and Education:
