I've been in this industry for nearly a decade, and I'm looking for a motivated beginner to join the team and learn the ropes. This is a ground-floor opportunity. I am looking for someone I can personally train to eventually move up as we grow.

Filtration and circulation systems.

Electrical:

Lighting, heaters, and automated controls.

Masonry:

Tile, coping, and high-end stone finishes.

We work on high-end properties across Northern Virginia. You must be well-spoken and able to talk fluently with our customers.

Reliable:

You show up on time, every time. Don't call out for a common cold.

Licensed Driver:

You must have a valid driver's license and a clean record (you'll eventually be driving a company truck).

Responsible:

Be capable of keeping the work place tightly and leaving every pool area cleaner than when you showed up. Keep your work truck neat, clean and organized.

THE DETAILS

Starting Pay:

$17.00/hour.

Location:

Meet in Culpeper, VA, and we head out to jobs all over Northern Virginia. Yearly bonuses and raises depending on performance. As you gain knowledge you will be able to make compensation on top of your hourly rate!
