Job Description :

Pathway Homes has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Associate. This full-time (32 hr/week) position is responsible for preventative and other maintenance of agency residential scattered site properties. This position requires rotating availability on-call. Assists with unit turnovers Supports tenant moves Routine & preventative maintenance tasks Pick up donations Completes routine inspections Posts tenant notices Assists with deliveries and coordinating with contractors

Required Qualifications :

Experience with general maintenance and repair. Able to climb ladders and lift < 80lbs. Valid driver's license and own vehicle. Good communication skills. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Salary:
