We have an immediate opening for a full-time, experienced Maintenance Technician to provide maintenance services for a 144-unit apartment complex in Herndon, VA.

• Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in apartment maintenance with knowledge of unit turnovers, plumbing, electrical, carpentry work; service appliances; drywall repairs and painting.
• Must be available for weekend/after-hours emergency calls. The on-call schedule is rotated with other Maintenance staff. All after-hours calls will be paid as OT.
