Job Description:

Samson Global Solutions is seeking a reliable, skilled On-Call Maintenance Technician to support operations at a small hospitality property in Max Meadows, VA. This role is ideal for a local handyman, contractor, or maintenance professional who can respond as needed for routine maintenance, minor repairs, and property upkeep.

Important:

Candidate must be available to assist with an initial property walkthrough within the next 14 days .

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs across guest rooms and common areas Address basic issues such as: lighting and electrical fixtures door hardware and locks minor plumbing (leaks, clogs, fixtures) paint and touch-ups Conduct periodic property inspections to identify maintenance needs Maintain small equipment and assist with general upkeep Perform light exterior work (basic landscaping, grounds touch-ups) Communicate clearly regarding any issues requiring major repairs or specialized contractors

Qualifications:

General experience in maintenance, handyman work, or property upkeep Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common maintenance issues independently Reliable transportation and ability to respond locally (within ~30 minutes) Strong communication and professionalism

Preferred:

experience with hotels, short-term rentals, or residential maintenance
