Massanutten Resort Condo Maintenance Service Technician Work here, Play Here! 100% Employee Owned! The Physical Plant at Massanutten Resort is looking for dynamic and customer services-oriented individuals to join our team. If you possess these qualities, we encourage you to apply today! Job Description Perform a variety of repair and maintenance task including, but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work and HVAC work. Respond when needed to resort guest calls as well as in-housework orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. Must have good communication skills as well as great customer service skills. Four-day workweek including every other weekend off. Good driving record. Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Interacts directly with resort guest and in-house staff General knowledge in troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and general maintenance (preferred) Must be capable of lifting up to 100 lbs. Ability to established and maintain effective relationship with employees, supervisors and general public. Valid driver's license and good driving record (required) Must be 18 years or older

Primarily 9:00 AM-9:00 PM; 1 half day per week Weekends and Holidays (some required)
Education:
