Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Property Inspector & Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for conducting regular inspections of rental properties, indentifying maintenance needs, coordinating and completing repairs, and performing hands-on maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure our properties remain safe, well-maintained, and presentable for residents and guests. Duties Conduct regular inspections of residential and/or short-term rental properties to assess condition and identifiy maintenance issues Document inspection findings with detailed notes and photos; provide reports to property management Perform general maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: light plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, HVAC filter changes, and appliance troubleshooting. Coordinate with venders and contractors for specialized repairs and follow up to ensure quality of work. Respond to urgent maintance requests in a timely and professional manner. Assist with property turnover between tenants/guests, including minor repairs, touch ups, and ensure homes meet cleanliness and safety standards. Maintain tools, equipment and inventory of supplies need for property upkeep. Provide excellent customer service to tenants, owners, and guests when addressing property concerns. Skills Previous experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related field preferred. Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs skills. Ability to identify property issues proactively and recommend solutions. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple taks across several properties Valid drivers license and reliable transporation required Strong communication and documentation skills Williness to be on-call for emergency maintenance needs. Ability to life up to 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform tasks that involve bending, kneeling and working in a variety of environments

$22.72 - $27.36 per hour
