What You'll Do Complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance Prepare apartments for new residents (turnovers) Maintain grounds, common areas, and equipment Identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively Coordinate with vendors and safely use tools/equipment What We're Looking For 2+ years experience as a Maintenance Technician Must have a valid and active Driver's License Computer proficiency is a plus HVAC knowledge is a plus, particularly with boilers and heating systems.
