What You'll Do:

Perform scheduled handyman repairs, general contracting tasks, and preventive home maintenance services efficiently and to high quality standards. Troubleshoot common residential issues and safely perform minor repairs without direct supervision. Interact with customers in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner while building trust as a skilled home repair professional. Conduct safety checks and identify code, safety, or maintenance-related issues during service delivery. Engage homeowners to explain repair findings, recommend solutions, and provide clear, ethical upsell opportunities. Confidently speak with homeowners about preventive maintenance, repair prioritization, and the value of bundled services while closing sales opportunities. Who You Are Hands-on experience in residential maintenance, handyman services, general contracting, home inspections, or related fields. Demonstrated ability to perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and general repair work. Ability to engage in consultative sales, explain repair needs clearly, and handle multiple service calls per day.
