The Inn at Willow Grove is a luxury boutique hotel nestled in the heart of Virginia's wine country. With award-winning accommodations, fine dining, and a full-service spa, we're dedicated to providing a five-star experience in an elegant, welcoming setting. We're currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to help ensure our property remains safe, functional, and beautiful for every guest.

What You'll Do:

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our historic estate.

Your responsibilities will include:

Performing daily maintenance and emergency repairs in guest rooms, spa, restaurant, and public areas. Troubleshooting and servicing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems. Conducting regular inspections and preventative maintenance tasks across the property. Responding quickly to service requests from guests and staff. Managing tools, supplies, and equipment to ensure a well-stocked and organized maintenance area. Assisting with seasonal tasks and event setups.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of relevant maintenance experience (hospitality or commercial preferred) Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and general repairs Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks independently Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Team-player attitude with excellent communication skills
