$32.50/hr Job Overview We are hiring a Maintenance & Robotics Technician (MRT) to support the maintenance and repair of automated material handling equipment and conveyor systems. This role requires hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems, along with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues in a high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on MHE and conveyor systems Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on automated equipment Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics Repair motors, sensors, and control components Utilize CMMS to track maintenance activities Support continuous improvement and equipment uptime Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of maintenance experience in industrial or manufacturing environment Experience with MHE or conveyor systems Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems Preferred Qualifications Experience with PLC systems or automated controls CMMS experience Robotics maintenance exposure Associate's degree or trade certification Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Richmond, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $83200.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
