In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and appliance systems. Your expertise will help us uphold safety standards, improve operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional service across our organization. Responsibilities Monitor and close basic maintenance tickets, including but limited to: installing and repairing locks, patching and painting, installing and aligning doors, replacing ceiling tiles, servicing appliances, and other similar tasks Perform site visits. Observe and document the state of building structure and systems Execute property maintenance guides Develop and implement standard work processes Basic time tracking, accounting, and some data entry Build, maintain, and grow relationships with existing tenants and owners This job description does not describe in detail all duties and responsibilities that go with this job, but simply outlines, in general terms, the duties and work assignments to identify and establish the general level of the job, in relation to other jobs. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred (HVAC, electrical, or plumbing experience strongly valued). 5+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in residential properties. Experience in a lead or supervisory maintenance role is a plus.
Strong knowledge of building systems:
electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs. Ability to read and follow maintenance procedures, manuals, and safety protocols. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, and coordinate vendors. Comfortable using maintenance software, email, and basic computer programs. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Valid driver's license (required).
Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
